Yes, items brought blank can be return if it has not been printed on. Customized items and blank items that have been changed in anyway, can't be returned. We send you a PDF file of your item(s) before we start printing. At this time you can change the color, type style and ink color. Once printed there will not be a refund, unless theres a problem caused by Rile Products. If there is a problem caused by the customers, we will reprint your items at a 40% discount.
